Hi, I’m Steven, Owner and Founder of Seybold Construction LLC. I started this company in honor of my father, who passed away in 2014. He was the one who introduced me to construction and taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and taking pride in the quality of your work. The foundation of this company is built on the lessons and values he passed down to me.
Since founding Seybold Construction in 2017, my goal has been to provide homeowners with honest service, quality craftsmanship, and a remodeling experience they can feel confident in from start to finish. My team and I take pride in delivering high-quality work while treating every home with the same care and attention we would our own.

Marissa Savage
Hi, I’m Marissa, Executive Assistant at Seybold Construction LLC. I help manage and organize the business behind the scenes while supporting our clients throughout every stage of the renovation process.
I’m heavily involved in client communication, scheduling, estimates, and project coordination to help ensure every project stays organized and runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish. I know home renovation projects are a big investment, and I believe clear communication and a positive experience are just as important as the finished result.
One of my favorite parts of this business is getting to watch our clients’ visions come to life and being part of creating spaces they’ll enjoy for years to come. I take pride in helping create an experience where our clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the entire process.
